Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care across Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Compensation ranges from $19 to $20 per hour. Flexible 8–10 hour day shifts with weekly pay and a variety of benefits are offered.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, and transportation assistance. Requirements include CA HCA license, at least 3 months of caregiving, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Active California HCA license with PER ID.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• TB screening current or provided prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed.
