Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers. We offer flexible 4–10 hour shifts, locations in Fremont, Union City, Newark and Hayward, and a competitive hourly wage of $19–$20.

Join a team with weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, uniforms, and ongoing training through Right at Home University. Caregivers provide personal care, mobility support, companionship, meal prep, medication reminders, and transportation assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience
• Genuine compassion for older adults
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Remind clients to take medications
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team as needed
