Job summary

Right at Home Fremont is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors across Fremont, Union City, Newark, and Hayward. Earn $19–$20 per hour with flexible 4–10 hour shifts, weekly pay, and opportunities for training.

Benefits include overtime pay, paid sick leave, mileage reimbursement, uniforms, and easy clock-in via ClearCare. You will deliver personal care, mobility support, companionship, meal prep, and transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months caregiving experience.
• Genuine compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Active HCA License with valid PER ID with State of California.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Drive or accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with team.
