Job summary

ComForCare in Fort Collins, CO is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to deliver high-quality 1-on-1 care to seniors in their homes. We respect your time, skills, and dedication.

We offer flexible schedules (day, evening, overnight), full-time and part-time shifts, every other weekend and occasional holidays, plus benefits (health, dental, vision), and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Passion: A genuine desire to help seniors maintain independence and dignity
• Age & Education: 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED
• Mobility: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Background: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check
• Experience: Previous caregiving experience (in-home or facility) is welcomed, but not required!

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1-on-1 in-home care to seniors.
• Help with daily activities to support independence and dignity.
• Follow care plans and documentation as required by the employer.

Compensation & Perks

• Starting Pay: $17.50 – $22.00 / hour
• Overtime & Holiday Pay: Time-and-a-half for holiday shifts
