Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in PA and BSN degree required.
• 2–5 years OR nursing experience preferred; not required.
• Familiarity with EPIC and perioperative workflows is expected.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for Perioperative department on a day-to-day basis, including weekends and holidays.
• Supervise, evaluate, and support patient care activities and staff nurses.
• Collaborate with Anesthesia Coordinator and Perioperative Leadership to ensure patient flow and safety checks.
• Communicate and delegate tasks to facilitate staffing, bed requests, and EPIC system use.
