Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and goals.
• Supervise PT Assistants and PT/PTA students.
• Document therapy sessions according to policy.
• Discharge planning and patient education.
• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement.
• Promote patient and family education and adaptive equipment.
