Responsibilities

• Oversees pharmaceutical care, including retrieving and evaluating biomedical literature and designing medication therapy regimens.
• Provides counseling to patients and caregivers on medication therapy, adverse effects, compliance, and administration.
• Reviews and interprets medication orders and prescriptions accurately.
