Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems Manufacturing Facility in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Weekend Shift PCBA Conformal Coating Technician to apply conformal coating on PCBA assemblies for military and SPACE applications.

Responsibilities include operating automatic conformal coating dispense equipment, masking before coating, inspecting under UV light, mag-light and microscopes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet daily objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic conformal coating dispense equipment to coat PCBA assemblies.
• Mask PCBA prior to coating and remove masking after coating.
• Inspect coated PCBA under UV light, mag-light, and microscope.
• Meet day-to-day objectives and work with cross-functional teams.
• Work in a team environment with project and production teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
