Charter Oak Home Care seeks compassionate caregivers to assist female clients at home, with shifts mainly Fridays–Sundays 1pm–5pm and flexible schedules across the week. Pay ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, with opportunities for part-time or full-time engagement.

Ideal candidates are experienced PCA/HHA/CNA, reliable, and dedicated to enhancing clients' quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, companionship, personal care, and safe transport when needed.

Qualifications

• Compassion and empathy are essential for caregiving.
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus.
• Ability to use good judgement and stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care to clients in their home.
• Assist with scheduled activities and care plans.
• Provide companionship and social support to each client.
• Assist with personal care tasks including hygiene, mobility, feeding, and meal prep.
• Support safety, comfort, and client enjoyment during visits.
• Provide transportation to and from appointments when needed.
• Complete documentation of tasks and report changes in client condition.

We are looking for a caregiver to work with a female client who needs full help with all ADL's and potentially a Hoyer lift transfer. The hours are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 1pm-5pm

Pay $18-$23/hour

We are seeking experienced caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) who are reliable, have a heart for service, and a passion to care for the older adults to join our team. If you are looking for an opportunity to design a flexible schedule, we have several current openings with clients. The hours vary from 4-12 hour shifts on all days of the week and our caregivers can design either a part time or full time schedule.

What You Do

You have the ultimate responsibility to help implement care plans that nurture older adults in mind and body. You will provide personalized care to clients assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management. Our hope is that you will treat your clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to dedicated client in their home
• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Supply personal companionship, remain actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Keep order, safety and client enjoyment top of mind
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed

• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s condition
