Solenvia, LLC is a Connecticut-based home care agency providing non-medical home care 24/7/365 to seniors. We are hiring immediately for Hourly Caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) in Connecticut, with full-time or part-time options.

Pay ranges from $16.94 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits including health and dental insurance and paid time off. Requirements include a background check, eligibility to work in the U.S., and the ability to speak/write in English.

Qualifications

• Background check required.

• Training provided for new caregivers.
• Prior experience in a similar role would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a companion to clients.
• Assist clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
• Homemaking and personal care assistance.
• Prepare meals.
• Demonstrate patience and active listening.
• Provide care across private homes and assisted living facilities; driving is a plus.

Requirements of Caregiver:

• Pass a criminal background check
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to speak and write in English
• Previous experience is not required, training is provided. However prior experience in a similar role would be helpful and a plus.

Caregiver Responsibilities: (Examples but not limited to)

• Serving as a companion to clients

• Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills
• The ability to provide care across a variety of settings including private homes and assisted living facilities. Ability to Drive is a plus!
