Job summary

Advocate Health Cabarrus is seeking a part-time Patient Transport teammate to assist with transports, transfers, discharges, admissions and escorts across the facility, ensuring patient comfort and safety. You will support a positive patient experience and coordinate with clinical teams to move people and devices as needed.

The schedule includes weekends 7a-7:30p (Sat-Sun) with a pay range of $18.85 to $28.30 per hour and benefits eligible status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification within 6 months.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient transport, transfers, and escorts.
• Operate equipment and maintain patient safety.
• Assist with care and maintenance of transport equipment.
• Coordinate with staff to guide patients to destinations.
• Maintain a safe, clean transport environment.
