Qualifications

• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in front-end patient registration from pre-registration through discharge.
• Verify insurance and ensure all requirements are met.
• Complete registrations per department protocols and compliance standards.
• Call patients to pre-register or confirm appointments.
• Prioritize work for optimal reimbursement and to reduce financial risk.
