Job summary

WHSmith in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our field team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and keeping the store neat and stocked. Weekend availability is required, with pay around $15 per hour.

As a CSA, you will greet customers, assist with product selection, and maintain displays. Prior retail experience and English fluency are preferred; multiple shifts may be available to fit the schedule.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ retail sales and/or cash handling experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem solve.
• Fluency in English is required for training and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handles each customer in a courteous and gracious manner.
• Maximize sales by achieving add-on sales and recommendations.
• Knowledge of the store’s stock; stock varies by store location.
• Assists in the upkeep of the store by maintaining store displays and merchandising.
• Assists with inventory and receiving of merchandise.
• Replenish backstock to maintain appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor.
• Markdown merchandise as needed.
• CSA’s may be designated as a Keyholder – Keyholders are trained to close the store.
• Other duties may be assigned.
