Discovery Management Group is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in a part-time weekend role at our New Jersey community. You will be responsible for resident care, activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.

Qualified candidates will hold a CNA certification, have a HS diploma or GED, and be 18 years or older. Prior experience with seniors is preferred to ensure quality care and engagement.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions and document findings.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain cleanliness of resident rooms.
