Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service at visitor centers, rental facilities, and park spaces.
• Staff Dakota County Park rental facilities as a shift lead and supervise attendants.
• Assist with administrative and logistical tasks for scheduling and facility management.
• Greet clients, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure positive experiences.
• Maintain rental agreements, incident reports, and daily logs.
