Mazda Toyota Manufacturing USA Inc. is seeking a Paint Maintenance Group Leader for a weekend 3x12 schedule to drive line reliability and continuous improvement within a state-of-the-art plant in Huntsville, Alabama.

You will lead a high-performing team, coordinate with Toyota and Mazda advisors, and implement actions to improve KPI achievement, safety, and equipment uptime. A background in automotive painting operations and a proactive coaching style are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in automotive manufacturing (paint experience preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement for paint line equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Develop people through coaching, mentoring, and inclusion.
• Work with Mazda and Toyota advisors to translate strategies into action plans.
