Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is hiring for a paint-line hand assembly role. You will hang weldments on the paint line, inspect quality, and perform basic Oracle transactions.

The position runs on a 4/10 schedule with $21.50–$24.25 per hour, overtime eligibility, and a competitive benefits package including a 401(k) 4% match. Requirements include reading blueprints, a high school diploma or GED, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints, drawings and work instructions.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate in English (read, write, speak and understand).

Responsibilities

• Hang weldments on paint line per hang patterns and inspect for quality.
• Pull units from inventory into paint stage.
• Inspect parts for quality (missing or inadequate welds, weld spatter).
• Remove dirty hooks for reconditioning as needed.
• Perform Oracle transactions.
• Report supply needs, equipment breakdowns, accidents or injuries to supervisor.
