Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking an Inspector Packer I for the Weekend on 2nd Shift in Huntley, IL. You will inspect thermoformed sheets, remove non-conforming parts, and assemble cartons to ensure products meet customer specs while keeping production flowing.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable attendance, and attention to detail. You will read specification sheets, stack parts, and maintain a clean, safe work area on a fast-paced production line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months production line experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Remove completed thermoformed sheets from machines.
• Visually inspect thermoformed sheets for defects.
• Remove and segregate non-conforming product per inspection plans.
• Report non-conforming parts to machine operator.
• Assemble cardboard cartons and load parts into cartons.
