The Packaging Associate will oversee a fast-paced line, inspect pastries for quality, and prepare products for shipment, including boxing, palletizing, and labeling. Physical endurance, English fluency, and basic math are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Able to perform repetitive and fast-paced work in hot or cold warehouse environments.
• Able to stand for 12 hours in one spot and perform physical tasks.
• Able to lift 5–30 lbs and push up to 50 lbs throughout shift.
• Clear communication in English and basic math for counting weights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fast-paced line as pastries move from oven to packaging.
• Inspect finished product for date marks and quality.
• Move goods using pallet jacks and carts as needed.
• Maintain proper labeling, boxing, and palletizing of finished goods.
• Prepare boxes and pallets for shipment and keep area clean.
