Job summary

QualiTech is seeking a production associate for weekend shifts in Fort Wayne, IN. The role focuses on packaging, equipment cleaning, and strict adherence to safety and GMP procedures. You will join a team that values timely communication and quality.

Responsibilities include attending pre-shift meetings, completing required courses, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while supporting other production lines as needed. This position notes no overtime benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and follow direction and pass all Food Safety and Safety courses in the English language (Required)
• Read and follow work instructions
• Communicate effectively with co-workers
• Work independently; self-managed

Responsibilities

• Attend and be on time for all pre-shift production meetings
• Participation and adherence to all food safety and safety programs
• Completion of assigned Alchemy courses that are required throughout the year
• Clean production equipment following established SSOPs
• Ensure daily paperwork is completed
• Ensure packing set up is correct
• Ensure that all utensils, equipment, and work area is maintained in a clean and safe manner
• Assist other areas of production as needed
• Effectively communicate all relevant information to other production shifts and employees
• Welcome all new team members and train as assigned
• Immediately report any and all food safety and quality problems to management
