Job summary

Thisiscny is seeking a Packaging Associate for weekend and midweek shifts to support our labeling, packaging, and final assembly operations. You will help ensure products are packaged correctly, accurately labeled, and prepared for shipment while following quality standards and GMP requirements.

Join a collaborative manufacturing team, maintain inventory, and participate in continuous improvement activities. On-the-job training provided; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• On-the-job training provided; no prior manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, specs and work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Package cuffs and finished products according to work instructions.
• Label and prepare components for shipment with proper protection.
• Stack and organize boxes for shipping and storage per safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels and report shortages.
• Inspect products for defects and nonconformities.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Maintain a clean, organized 6S workspace.
• Support a Zero Harm safety culture and environmental requirements.
