Care Initiatives is seeking a Weekend Package Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate nursing teams across Iowa. The role covers Full-Time Day Shift on weekend package: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 6AM-2PM, delivering direct nursing care in skilled nursing environments.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing in Iowa.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Commitment to empathy, respect, patience and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit.
• Administer medications and treatments on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and team members to promote teamwork and high-quality care.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care to meet standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
