Qualifications

RN license in good standing (state of Iowa) is required.
Current CPR certification is required.
Knowledge of long-term care regulations is preferred.
Strong empathy, respect, patience, and discretion are essential.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Support daily clinical operations and resident safety.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
Monitor residents, respond to changes in condition, and document care.
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers to ensure high-quality care.
Communicate with residents and families about care needs.
Maintain infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
