Job summary

Crestview Specialty Care in West Branch, IA, is hiring a Weekend Package Registered Nurse (RN) for 6AM-6PM shifts Fri–Sun. You will provide direct nursing care in a 65-bed skilled nursing environment, administer medications, monitor residents, and support daily clinical operations to ensure safety and quality care.

Eligible candidates hold a current Iowa RN license and CPR certification, with knowledge of long-term care regulations and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.
• Strong communication and empathy in interactions with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor residents and promptly respond to status changes.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and other team members for high-quality care.
