Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct, quality clinical care and serve as a Team Leader for patient care staff at Blair Ridge Health Campus in Peru, IN. The RN will guide medications, treatments, and care planning while maintaining documentation and effective family teaching.

Responsibilities include daily resident assessments, escalation of changes in condition to the DON or physician, and timely administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate immediate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.

Weekend Package Program Details

• Works a minimum of 2 (8‑hour) or (12‑hour) shifts every weekend.
• The Weekend Package incentive is an additional $7.00 per hour working between 6 pm on Friday to 7 am on Monday.
• Additional shift differentials apply when working evening or night shifts on the weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.
