Harmony Marshalltown is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Marshalltown, IA. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, observe changes in condition, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate or completion from an Iowa accredited CNA program.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Support residents with mobility and daily tasks as needed.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, Prior Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience is preferable.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA. you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Marshalltown by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
