Job summary

Harmony Davenport is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join a friendly, caring and supportive team. The CNA ensures residents receive high-quality daily care and observes changes in condition, maintaining safety and comfort.

The role emphasizes front-line clinical support within the Harmony Davenport facility. Applicants should hold an unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate or an Iowa-accredited CNA training certificate.

Qualifications

• Must have an unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate or completion certificate from an Iowa Accredited CNA training course.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable but not required; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and monitor changes in condition.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Provide dependable care and document observations as part of the clinical team.

Education

As a CNA you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Davenport by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited CNA training course. Prior CNA experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
