MRCI in West St Paul, MN seeks an overnight direct care staff to provide one-on-one support to a 22-year-old male with a physical disability. This hands-on role requires compassion, reliability, and respect for privacy and dignity, with weekend overnight shifts.

You will assist with toileting, mobility, nighttime routines, and setup of overnight medical equipment, plus light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or direct-care experience
• Comfortable providing hands-on and intimate personal care
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to follow established routines
• Dependable and able to work overnight shifts every weekend
