MRCI Client Directed Services in West St Paul, MN is seeking a dependable overnight direct care staff member to provide one-on-one support for a 22-year-old male with a physical disability. This role focuses on hands-on personal care while maintaining dignity and privacy during night hours.

Shifts run Friday to Sunday from 9pm to 7am. The ideal candidate is reliable, compassionate, and capable of following established routines with discretion and professionalism.

Qualificações

• Previous caregiving or direct-care experience.
• Comfortable providing hands-on and intimate personal care.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to follow established routines.
• Dependable and able to work overnight shifts every weekend.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one overnight support for the client.
• Assistance with toileting and personal care as needed.
• Repositioning and mobility assistance.
• Assist with nighttime routines and overnight equipment.
• Light housekeeping related to the client's care.
• Meal preparation as needed.
• Follow established care routines and ensure privacy, dignity, and boundaries.
• Maintain client safety and well-being throughout the shift.
