Job summary

MRCI in West St Paul, MN seeking an overnight home care aide to provide one-on-one support for a 22-year-old male with a physical disability. You will perform hands-on personal care, assist with mobility, and help maintain safety and dignity during nighttime hours. The schedule is Friday to Sunday, 9pm–7am, with reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with toileting and personal care as needed.
• Repositioning and mobility assistance for the client.
• Assistance with nighttime routines and sleep support.
• Setting up and assisting with overnight medical equipment.
• Light housekeeping related to the client's care.
• Meal preparation as needed.
• Maintaining privacy, dignity and professional boundaries.
