Cornerstone Management is seeking an Overnight Concierge for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (10:00pm–8:00am), totaling about 30 hours per week at our assisted living community in Great Falls, Montana. You will greet residents, answer phones, manage packages, and provide information on local amenities while supporting safety and resident needs.

• Experience in hospitality or resident services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and direct requests with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate staff.
• Manage mail, packages, and deliveries and assist with prescriptions.
• Provide information about community amenities and local points of interest.
• Assist with resident needs, from escorting to coordinating small requests.
