Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete OT documentation in the medical record per department guidelines.
• Manage OT caseload with efficiency and efficacy.
• Coordinate resources needed to perform the OT treatment plan to accomplish goals.
• Plan and coordinate clinical programs in response to patient needs, technologies, clinical practices, regulations and reimbursement.
• Provide clinical supervision and teaching for OT students or staff.
• Select and perform appropriate OT evaluation procedures to identify and assess problems; set treatment goals and adjust plans.
