• Completes OT documentation, billing, and statistics per team guidelines; manages daily caseload.
• Administers assessments to establish a plan of care and communicates information to promote continuity of care.
• Mentors assistive personnel and delegates responsibilities per licensing board guidelines.
• Provides clinical precepting and teaching for students and staff; offers feedback and coaching.
• Assists in planning and coordinating clinical programs in collaboration with the clinical specialist or manager.
