• Manages resources needed to perform OT treatment plan to meet goals.
• Plans and coordinates clinical programs in response to patient needs and regulations.
• Provides supervision/teaching for OT students or staff; plans orientation and feedback.
• Selects and performs OT evaluation procedures; sets/adjusts treatment goals.
