Job summary
Alton Memorial Hospital is seeking Registered Nurses for the Intermedicate Care Unit. The role offers a day-shift weekend option with two 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) on Saturdays and Sundays, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible external candidates.
Open to ADN, BSN, and MSN candidates, with BJC RN Career Ladder supporting growth at the bedside within a community-based setting. Comprehensive benefits start day one, including PTO and parental leave.
Qualifications
- Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Educates patients and families on illness management and post-discharge care.
- Participates in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
