Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Weekend Charge Nurse for the Operating Room at Paoli Hospital. This part-time role runs days from 7:00am to 7:30pm, 3 out of 4 weekends each month, providing critical perioperative care in a high-volume OR.

You will scrub and circulate across specialties, partner with world-class surgeons, and mentor staff through the Clinical Ladder. Requires 3 years of recent OR nursing experience and PA RN license (or multi-state license); BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of recent Operating Room nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.
• PA RN license or multi-state license via the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Scrub and circulate for various cases across specialties (Trauma, General, Urology, GYN, Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, Pain).
• Collaborate with surgeons and nursing teams to ensure patient safety and perioperative efficiency.
• Participate in committees and nursing initiatives.
