Chelsea Jewish Lifecare's Brudnick Center for Living is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to provide services on a weekend basis, earning $40.00 - $55.00 per hour based on experience. Work includes 16 hours every other weekend with additional wage incentives for weekend-only positions.

The role emphasizes mobility and quality of life, with collaboration across the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective discharge planning.

Competenze

Current, valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist (PT) license.
Prior experience with high-tech assistive technologies preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and patient evaluation skills.
Must be able to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written.

Provide exceptional physical therapy services to a diverse resident population.
Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to maximize residents' mobility, function, and quality of life.
Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support rehabilitation goals, coordinate care, and ensure safe, effective discharge planning and referrals.
