Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist in Rhode Island for a full-time role with Monday–Friday hours and weekend rotation. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and apply varied therapies to restore function and mobility.

You will educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with a care team while staying current with PT advances and upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their physical function and mobility
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home
• Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy and implement new techniques and technologies as appropriate
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of patient care
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
