A local moving company in Tampa is seeking a part-time Lead Mover & Driver. This weekend-only position (Friday through Sunday) involves lifting heavy items and providing excellent customer service. Welcome to Einstein...we’re a moving company. We pick up peoples' stuff and carry it from one place to a different place and we need good movers, who are also good people (like you), to join our Tampa team! This is a part time, weekend only position (Friday through Sunday).

What's In It For You

• DURING TRAINING - $24.00 to $26.50 an hour: A typical trainee makes between $24.00 and $26.50 an hour ($18 base wage + performance bonuses and tips).
• ONCE OUT OF TRAINING - $26.50 to $31.25 an hour: A lead mover typically makes between $26.50 and $31.25 an hour ($19.50 base wage + performance bonuses and tips).
• On Call Pay - Additional $5 an hour whenever you are called into work last minute.
• W2 Status (Not 1099) + Retirement Benefits: Worker’s Comp to cover you if you get hurt on the job, and a company matched retirement plan.

What's The Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push and / or pull heavy objects and materials (up to 125 pounds overhead, 200 pounds independently, and 500 pounds in coordination with other team members) frequently throughout an 8+ hour day
• Must be able to work 2+ of our busiest days: Friday, Saturday, and / or Sunday
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record with at least 2 of years driving experience (CDL not required)
• Well rounded: customer service skills, strong initiative, excellent communicator, team oriented, and loves to learn
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical
