Job summary

Schroeder Moving Systems, Inc. in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Non-CDL Driver / Crew Lead Mover to lead a moving crew and ensure top customer service on residential and commercial jobs.

You will drive, load, and unload, keep trucks clean, train teammates, and resolve issues on the fly while maintaining energy and morale on site.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and leadership mentality.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the day.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility.
• Moving, logistics, or crew leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive company moving trucks safely (no CDL needed).
• Lead and motivate a moving crew on residential & commercial jobs.
• Pack, load, unload, and move furniture and heavy items daily.
• Deliver top-tier customer service from start to finish.
• Keep jobs running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Maintain clean trucks, organized equipment, and high standards.
