This in-office role in Bloomington, MN requires weekend shifts and a passion for helping golfers find equipment that fits their game. The ideal candidate has extensive club fitting knowledge, excellent communication, and a desire to provide

Qualifications

• 3+ years of golf club fitting experience.
• OEM fitting certifications from major golf club manufacturers.
• Strong working knowledge of golf equipment, club specifications, shafts, and fitting principles.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized online golf club fittings through phone, email, and chat.
• Assess golfers' needs, goals, swing characteristics, and equipment preferences.
• Recommend golf clubs and equipment based on each golfer's individual needs.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on club specifications, shafts, grips, and equipment technology.
• Educate golfers on equipment options and help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a high level of golfer engagement and satisfaction throughout the fitting process.
• Stay current on golf equipment, manufacturers, product launches, and fitting technology.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop product and fitting expertise.
