Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for weekend on-call coverage. You will provide direct patient care, lead the interdisciplinary team, implement the plan of care, and ensure documentation and infection control standards are met.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, CPR, Hepatitis consent, reliable transportation, and at least one year of RN experience (two preferred).

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR and Hepatitis consent/declination.
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Weekend on-call coverage.
• Case manages and provides clinical directions to the interdisciplinary team, physician, and family.
• Implement/develop/document the plan of care.
• Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect staff and patient (OSHA).
• Assess home health patients to identify physical, psychosocial and environmental needs.
• Assure continuity of quality patient care with appropriate documentation.
• Monitor cases for third-party payer requirements.
• Promote Agency philosophy and administrative policies.
• Supervise and provide direction to home health aides and LVN/LPN.

Education

Graduate of an accredited diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
