Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of operation.
• Nursing experience required, hospice or home health preferred.
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles and patient/family teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care of patients per physician orders.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate total patient care and nursing care plans.
• Weekend On Call schedule; some issues may be resolved by phone; visits required for weekend calls.
