Azura Memory Care is seeking a compassionate RN to provide on-call hospice coverage every other weekend in the Madison/Verona area. You will respond to patient needs with phone support and in-person visits.

Current Wisconsin RN license in good standing required; mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for additional hours available. Join a supportive team and make meaningful connections with patients and families.

• Hospice, palliative care, home health, or strong medical-surgical experience preferred.

Looking to supplement your current nursing role? Azura Palliative Care and Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN to provide on-call coverage every other weekend, Friday through Sunday, in the Madison and Verona area.

We're a Wisconsin-based, family-owned organization growing our hospice services in Dane County. This opportunity is a great fit for a nurse seeking a second job, additional income, and the chance to grow with our team.

Respond to patient and family needs during your on-call weekend, including phone support and in-person visits

Requirements

Current Wisconsin RN license in good standing

Availability for on-call coverage every other weekend, Friday through Sunday

Hospice, palliative care, home health, or strong medical-surgical experience preferred. We will train the right nurse with a heart for hospice.

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently
