Nova Leap Home Health- South Deerfield is seeking a reliable Skilled Caregiver for Weekend On-Call coverage in South Deerfield, MA. Earn a guaranteed $150 weekend stipend just for being available, plus $19.50–$22.00 per hour if called in, with on-call pay in addition to the stipend.

On-call window runs Friday 4:00 PM to Monday 9:00 AM. You will stay reachable by phone, respond to emergencies, and provide compassionate care per client plans while supporting coverage across Franklin and Hampshire

Qualifications

• Previous home care or caregiving experience.
• Appropriate Massachusetts credentials and/or certifications.
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive within 1 hour of being called.

Responsabilités

• Remain available and responsive by phone throughout the on-call period.
• Respond promptly to emergency coverage requests.
• Provide safe, compassionate, and dependable care to our clients.

Compensation

• $150 guaranteed weekend on-call stipend simply for being available and on call.
• If called in to work, earn $19.50-$22.00 per hour for all hours worked during the on-call period.
• Hourly pay is in addition to the $150 stipend.

On-Call Schedule

Friday at 4:00 PM through Monday at 9:00 AM

You will be available by phone throughout the weekend to respond to emergency caregiver coverage needs.
