Job summary

Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing operations, and support staff in delivering safe, resident-centered care.

This part-time role (every other weekend) offers daily pay and a comprehensive benefits package, requiring an active Rhode Island RN or LPN license and CPR/BLS certification, with 5 years nursing experience and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Rhode Island is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in hospital, nursing home, or similar setting, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Oversee daily nursing operations to promote safe, effective, person-centered care.
• Monitor staff performance, provide guidance and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and facility policies.
• Coordinate resident care plans and ensure timely communication across teams.
• Support accurate and timely documentation per clinical standards.
