Job summary

Harrington Park Health & Rehabilitation, LLC in Augusta, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to manage a long-term care patient area and supervise a nursing shift.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering compassionate support to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse from the Georgia State Nursing Board.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with patients, family members, department heads, and fellow associates.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient management of a long-term care patient area and/or nursing department shift.
• Plan and direct the activities of assigned staff and oversee the execution of quality patient care.
• Comply with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care.
• Administer and record medications following physician orders and established center policy; take and record patient vital signs and collect laboratory specimens as directed.
• Provide emotional support to patient and their families.
