Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center in Manahawkin, New Jersey, is seeking a compassionate Weekend Nurse Supervisor (LPN/RN) to join our weekend nursing team. This full-time role offers a consistent schedule on either 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with competitive pay and the chance to make a meaningful impact in just two days.

The ideal candidate holds a valid New Jersey RN or LPN license, is reliable for weekend shifts, and has experience in long-term care or rehab.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey.
• Reliable and available to work weekend shifts.
• Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed.
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns.
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing to improve care standards.
• Act as a resource for problem-solving clinical or staffing issues.

Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Weekend Nurse Supervisor (LPN/RN) to join our weekend nursing team in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Job Requirements

• Must hold a valid RN or LPN license in the state of New Jersey

• Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts per weekend

• Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required

• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care
