Job summary
Brighton Post Acute Care in Massachusetts is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff on Saturdays and Sundays in a part-time role. The position includes clinical oversight to ensure safe, resident-centered care and regulatory compliance within a sub-acute/long-term care setting.
The ideal candidate holds a MA RN or LPN license with BLS CPR, at least five years of nursing experience including supervisory responsibilities, and strong communication skills to coordinate with
Qualifications
- Current, active MA RN or LPN license
- BLS CPR certification required
- Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience in healthcare settings, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff
- Oversee daily nursing operations for safe and person-centered care
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and facility policies
- Coordinate resident care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Document clinical activities per standards and regulations
- Address clinical concerns and support problem resolution
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
