Job summary

Riverwood Health and Rehabilitation seeks an LPN/RN to join our team as an Every Other Weekend Supervisor. This full-time role includes direct patient care, medication administration, and leading a weekend nursing team within a supportive interdisciplinary environment.

The successful candidate will develop care plans, ensure adherence to facility policies, and participate in ongoing training to maintain current knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to relate positively to patients and family members

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications and monitoring conditions
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and lead a team of LPNs and CNAs on weekends
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure communications and coordination of care
• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain skills
